HOW TO MAKE TORTILLA


Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil

STEPS:
1.In large bowl combine salt and flour.
2.Stir in water and olive oil.
3.Turn onto floured surface.
4.knead the dough until smooth.
5.Let rest the dough 10 minutes.
6.Divide the dough into 8 portions.
7.On lightly floured surface,roll the dough until thin.
8.Cook totilla in medium heat,1 minute for each side
9.Tortilla are ready to eat
