"How To Cook"


"Flat Bread"




Ingredients:
250 g/2 oz strong bread flour,plus extra for dusting
1/2 tsp coriander seed
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
100 ml warm water

Method:
1.Mix all ingredients with spoon/fork.
2.Once the dough starts to come together,use hand to forms a soft ball of dough
3.Dust your handwith flour
4.Knead the dough until smooth and elatic
5.Put the dough into the bowl,set aside for 15 minutes.
6.Divide the dough into five equal ball
7.Roll the dough until very thin.
8.Heat the griddle pan
9.Cook a flatbread 2 minutes each side
10.Flatbread ready to eat
